Excellent location in Downtown. The booking process online was smooth and when I arrived I was greeted by Sarah at the reception. I wasn't sure if she would be able to accommodate an early check-in which she did and the room was made available at short notice. She was cordial, very accommodating, and was able to suggest on whereabouts in downtown I'd be able to find late dining. The room was simple, clean, and to my liking, very quiet. Complimentary coffee in the room but surprisingly, no fridge. I couldn't get a hold of anyone for room service and I was redirected to the front and was offered prompt assistance. I had an appointment early morning and wasn't sure if I'd make it in time for check-out. Again, Sarah offered a later check-out time which worked out perfectly. The room wasn't super fancy, furniture quite old, but the service was definitely on point. I'd choose excellent service over esthetics any day! Thanks to Denise as well whom I had a short interaction with for a smooth checkout process.

Front desk service was excellent. The male front desk agent was friendly a and helpful. Sorry I forgot his name but his ethnicity was either South East Asian or from Middle East. He impressed me very much when I checked in and subsequent times I had to interact with front desk. Others were very good too but he stood out for me. Location is very good too.

Simple hotel, not super modern but very nice overall. Room was spacious and clean. I spent most of my day outside so it had all I needed. Location is central and it is close to transportation so you can reach easily reach places downtown and further away. The staff was outstandingly helpful and encouraged me many times to ask for anything I needed.

The front office and housekeepers were always friendly and ready to help. The rooms were clean and tidy. The pool was nice and the water was war. We stayed with a dog, so it was very comfortable. We were able to book it for a good price, a good value for money. Will stay there again.
